Gina Chiles joined IPM’s staff in November 2008. Gina began her career in property management at Heartland Realty Investors, a Minnesota based property management firm in 1999. Gina wore many hats at Heartland. She wrote policies, trained, audited, and worked on new acquisitions, as well as managed several properties through Texas, Utah, Idaho, Nevada, California, and Oregon. These properties included Property-Based Section 8, Tax Credit Section 42, Section 236, Elderly Only, and conventional.
Gina received national recognition from HUD Washington D.C. and their local field offices. Oregon Housing and Community Services issued “Superior” management review ratings on her properties and she scored an unprecedented 100% on her REAC’s.
Gina’s qualifications include Accredited Resident Manager from the Institute of Real Estate Management. She is also a Certified Tax Credit Specialist and a Compliance and Occupancy Specialist.
