ANGELA HENRYSenior Portfolio Manager - Residential
Angela Henry joined the staff at Income Property Management, Co., in June 1996 as the Assistant Property Manager. Prior to joining Income Property Management Co., Angela worked for a local real estate/property management company in Berkeley, California. What began as a summer job during college at the University of California Berkeley, turned into a full-time position as property manager after graduation. It was during this time that she gained valuable experience in the property management field (and local Berkeley Tenant Rent Board), leasing and managing single family homes and small apartment complexes.
Wanting a change of scenery and feeling the need to broaden her horizons, Angela left Berkeley and moved to Portland. It is as the Assistant Property Manager for Income Property Management Co. that she gained additional experience with residential properties, as well as familiarized herself with Oregon Landlord/Tenant law.
Angela's portfolio consists of a melange of properties ranging from Northwest and Downtown to the Sellwood and Belmont districts. In addition, Angela oversees 11 non-profit public agency properties, 10 of which are of Section 42 status.
In addition to the management of her portfolio, Angela jointly shares in the resident manager training program as well as the quarterly resident manager luncheons.
Angela is involved in Metro Multi-Family Housing Association and for the past five years has chaired a committee for the ACE Awards. In 2004 she co-chaired the annual Spectrum Tradeshow and she is currently chairing the MMHA Hotline.
