Cyndi Natalello joined IPM in 2007 to focus on the management of condominium associations. She brings extensive knowledge and experience in the diverse areas of property management.
A native New Yorker, Cyndi began her career in property management in 1985. Her experience during the ensuing 20 years ranges from on-site management (including site management of HUD and LIHTC sites) to overseeing portfolios of varied assets. She has managed portfolios consisting of rental units (affordable and conventional) commercial property (both retail and office space), as well as condominium and homeowner's associations (from 40 units to more than 400).
Cyndi relocated to Portland in 1994 to continue to expand her knowledge base in an area poised for exceptional growth and development while already known for its quality of life and overall livability.
Most recently, Cyndi was responsible for the oversight of all aspects of program compliance in a Director role with a local firm and with a national equity investor/syndicator. Her responsibilities included overseeing the compliance function for more than 10,000 units including creating and implementing procedures for on-site training and monitoring of multiple housing programs (LIHTC, HUD, HOME, Bond and other overlaid financing sources) in more than 18 states.
Cyndi is a frequent speaker at national and local property management conferences. She is nationally certified in affordable housing programs and is pursuing a CPM designation through the Institute of Real Estate Management.
