JUDI RANDALL

Accountant

Judi Randall joined Income Property Management in 1991 as a property accountant. She oversees accounting procedures for 25 residential accounts.

Another Oregon native, Judi was born in McMinnville and later moved to the Portland area. Her experience includes working in the banking industry, doing payroll for Honeywell, and riding the real estate roller coaster during the '70s and early '80s as an escrow coordinator/closer. She was also a member of the Oregon Escrow Council.

Judi's first experience with property management was working with Guardian as a property accountant. She then moved to the Randall Corp. and specialized in cash management and completing financials for investors in the construction sector. In 1991, Judi joined IPM for her first six-year stint. She moved to San Francisco in 1997 to work with the John Stewart Company and held a smaller portfolio with mega complexes of 1000+ unit properties. Judi returned to Oregon in 2002 to be closer to her family and returned to IPM as well.

The portfolio Judi currently oversees includes conventional and tax credit properties of all sizes in Vancouver, Portland, Salem, and Eugene.
