With more than 40 years of experience in Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC), Housing and Urban Development (HUD), Project-Based Section 8 and HOME, our portfolio has expanded to include more than 80 affordable and subsidized properties. During that time, we have focused our resources on best serving our clients and their communities. We’re committed to supporting minority-owned, women-owned and emerging small business as contractors and subcontractors to promote inclusion and a thriving local economy. As a result, we are a partner who helps maximize your residents’ quality of life and their satisfaction in their homes.

Many of the properties in our portfolio involve mixed funding sources that require extensive knowledge of multiple programs and their regulations. For this, we have an in-house Compliance Department dedicated to handling program compliance requirements. Our Compliance Team trains and supports site staff in all aspects of program compliance, including Fair Housing, agency reporting and ongoing education.
